ISF Online Event Registration Conditions

The Information Security Forum (ISF) organise events for the benefit of its Members, which includes Chapter conference and meetings, training and research workshops and the ISF’s Annual World Congress (Congress).

 

Members are requested to confirm they have read, understand and accept the following terms and conditions when registering for this event:

  1. Congress, country Chapter conferences, meetings and workshops (Member events) are open to all employees of Member organisations who are over the age of 18; 
  2. The ISF is not responsible for the content of presentations performed by external speakers or their contribution to any discussions; such content and/or discussions is the opinion of the speaker and not of the ISF;
  3. Where delegates have consented to the sharing of data with sponsors when registering for the event, we will share delegate name, role, organisation and email address with sponsors. Please be assured all sponsors are contractually bound to follow the ISF’s Code of Conduct setting out acceptable sponsor behaviour;
  4. Information relating to the event will be communicated to delegates in advance. Please ensure your ISF Live communication preferences are up to date;
  5. Unless agreed otherwise by delegates, participants are free to use the information received at ISF events, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed, to help to encourage open dialogue. Individuals working in media related industries are not permitted to attend ISF events;
  6. Event user credentials are intended solely for the use of individuals they are assigned to;
  7. Attendees are prohibited from recording ISF events or using this material, without prior written approval from the ISF;
  8. Attendees are prohibited from live streaming ISF events and/or stream recording ISF events, without prior written approval from the ISF;
